Subscription Plan

Where to find my subscription details?
  • Log into your SlideGrand account.
  • Hover the mouse over your ‘Username‘ at the top of the screen.
  • Click ‘Subscription Details’ from the drop-down menu.
  • On the ‘Subscription Details’ page, you will find all your purchased subscription status and details.
  • Click on the ‘View Full Details’ button to view the original purchase records and all files downloaded for each subscription plan.
Are there download limits?

Depending on the subscription plan, download limits exist. Please refer to our Plans page for reviewing the download limits or check your account preferences (Subscription Details) for your actual download quota and the current limit.

What will happen after my subscription expired?
  • Your subscription plan will be expired.
  • You will be able to renew your subscription plan from your Subscription Details page by clicking on the “View Full Details” button of your subscription plan, then click on the “Renew” link in the “Status” row.
  • You can redownload your previous template even if your current subscription is expired. Please note that you will have 48 hours only to download your templates again from the moment your existing subscription expires.
  • You can redownload your templates from your Subscription Details page by clicking on “View Full Details” of your current subscription, then click on the template’s name or the Redownload” button in the “Files downloaded using this subscription plan” section.
  • Important Note: It’s always recommended to redownload your templates before renewing your current subscription. The moment you renew your existing subscription, you will not be able to redownload your previous templates again.
What will happened when I hit the maximum number of downloads allowed for my current subscription?

Once you hit the maximum number of downloads allowed for your current subscription plan, here is what will happen:

  • Your subscription plan will be expired.
  • You can’t download any new templates except the previously licensed templates that you can continue using them for the projects they are licensed for.
  • You will be able to renew your subscription plan from your Subscription Details page by clicking on the “View Full Details” button, then clicking on the “Renew” link in the “Status” row.
  • You can redownload your previous template even if your current subscription is expired. Please note that you will have 48 hours only to download your templates again from the moment your existing subscription expires.
  • You can redownload your templates from your Subscription Details page by clicking on “View Full Details” of your current subscription, then clicking on the template’s name or the Redownload” button in the “Files downloaded using this subscription plan” section.

 

Important Note: It’s always recommended to redownload your templates before renewing your current subscription because the moment you renew your current subscription you will not be able to redownload your previous templates again.

What is the 1 Day Access plan?

With the 1 Day Access plan, you will have 24 hours of access to download 5 templates only. Once you hit the maximum number of downloads allowed for your current subscription plan, your subscription plan will be expired. If not, your subscription plan will automatically expire when 24 hours pass, and it will no longer be reactivated unless it is repurchased. So, it is always recommended to download your template before your subscription plan is expired.

Is my subscription enrolled in automatic renewal?

No. There is no automatic renewal. You don’t need to worry about recurring charges or auto-renewal. You only renew when your subscription is expired and whenever you want.

Can I upgrade my subscription?

Yes, any time, you can upgrade your subscription to a higher plan by going to the Pricing page and selecting a higher plan. If you have any questions, you can contact us via our support center.

Can I renew my subscription early while my current subscription is still active?

Yes, you can. If you renew the same subscription plan early, the new subscription plan will start immediately once your current subscription is expired. All new subscription plans will come as “Upcoming Access.” You can always check your “Upcoming Access” on your Subscription Details page by clicking on “View Full Details” of your current subscription.

What if I have two active subscription plans?

By default, if you purchase a subscription plan and then buy (or upgrade) a different one while the first one is still valid, both subscription plans will be valid. If two different subscription plans give access to the same template, the most recently purchased subscription plan will be used when you download a template.

What if I purchased a subscription plan and then want to downgrade or upgrade my current plan?

This depends on your current subscription plan. As long as you didn’t start downloading templates using your current plan, our billing team will issue a full refund once you purchase a new plan

For example:

If your current plan is 1-Day Access (Standard License) and you downloaded one or two templates using this plan, then you decided to upgrade your plan to 1-Day Access (Extended License), you will need to purchase the new plan again, and there will be no refund in this case, but if you didn’t download any templates using your old plan then upgraded to 1-Day Access (Extended License), we would refund you the full amount you paid for your previous plan (1-Day Access (Standard License)).

If your current plan is Annual Professional (Standard License), then you decided to upgrade your plan to Annual Professional (Extended License), you will need to purchase the new plan again, and we will refund you the full amount you paid for your previous plan (Annual Professional (Standard License)).

Can I request a custom subscription plan?

Yes, you can. Please contact us via the support center if you want a custom subscription plan and increase the number of users. We will prepare a custom plan that meets your business needs.

Can I redownload my previous templates when my current subscription is expired?

Yes, you can redownload your previous template even if your current subscription is expired. Please note that you will have 48 hours only to download your templates again from the moment your existing subscription expires.

You can redownload your templates from your Subscription Details page by clicking on “View Full Details” of your current subscription, then click on the template’s name or the Redownload” button in the “Files downloaded using this subscription plan” section.

Important Note: It’s always recommended to redownload your templates before renewing your current subscription because the moment you renew your existing subscription, you will not be able to redownload your previous templates again

When my subscription expires, can I keep using the content I downloaded from SlideGrand?

Yes. SlideGrand.com content is royalty-free. You can continue using the content during your subscription period and after your subscription has ended. Usage is always restricted to the terms of use and end-user license agreement.

Are there any limitations on the computers I use?

No. You can use your subscriptions and content from any computer.

Are there any limitations on the use of my credentials?

Yes. You are not allowed to share your login information or subscription details with another individual. The system checks for concurrent use and log-outs the first user login when the second one logs in. Our unlimited plans provide multiple users for those requiring concurrent logins.

Billing and Payment

What are my payment options?

You can pay securely by debit/credit card through Stripe secure servers.

  • Stripe accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
  • Your card details are never transmitted to or stored on SlideGrand servers.
Is your payment method secure?

Yes. SlideGrand.com does not store any information about your payment method. We delegate the payment step to a specialized payment gateway (Stripe.com). It is PCI compliant and processes payments and subscriptions for us. If you have any questions about our processing methods, please do not hesitate to contact us.

My credit card transaction was rejected, and I don't know why, what can I do?

Our payment gateways are 100% secured and provide modern fraud detection methods and risk mitigation rules. Sometimes, risk mitigation rules are highly restrictive and could end up in a “false negative.”

Also, please make sure that your card is enabled for International Transactions by your Bank. If your transaction was rejected without a valid reason in the checkout process, please contact us to follow up with you on your specific case.

View my order details
  • Log into your SlideGrand account.
  • Hover the mouse over your ‘Username‘ at the top of the screen.
  • Click ‘Purchase History’ from the drop-down menu.
  • Click on the “View Order Details” button to view the details for each of your orders.
How to change my billing information?
  • Log into your SlideGrand account.
  • Hover the mouse over your ‘Username‘ at the top of the screen.
  • Click ‘Edit Profile’ from the drop-down menu.
  • In the “Change Your Billing Address” section.
  • Update your billing information.
How to download my purchase receipt /invoice?

Once your purchase order is completed, a “Purchase Receipt“ email will be sent to your email, and a link to download your invoice will be included with the “Purchase Receipt “ email, or you can download your invoice by following these instructions:

  • Log into your SlideGrand account.
  • Hover the mouse over your ‘Username‘ at the top of the screen.
  • Click ‘Purchase History’ from the drop-down menu.
  • On the ‘Purchase History’ page, you will find all your purchases, view order details, and download your order invoices as PDF.
How will the charges appear on my card / Account Statement?

The charges will appear on your credit card / Account Statement as ‘TECHNOROJ – FZE’ DUBAI AE or as ‘www.slidegrand.com”.

Can I get a refund?

Please check our Refund Policy to check if you are eligible for a refund.

Downloading Templates

How to download the templates?

Once your purchase order is completed, you will be able to download the templates and the download limit is subject to your subscription plan. You can download the template by going to the template page and clicking on the “Download Template” button.

How to download the icon set and theme colors libraries?

Once your purchase order is completed, you will be able to download the Icons Set and Theme Colors libraries from the Assistance Libraries Page.

 

Please note that you must be logged in and have an active subscription plan to download the assistance libraries. 

How long and how often can I download my templates?

Once your current subscription expires, you can redownload your previous template even if your existing subscription is expired.

 

Please note that you will have 48 hours only to download your templates again from the moment your current subscription has expired. You can redownload your templates from your Subscription Details page by clicking on “View Full Details” of your existing subscription, then click on the template’s name or the Redownload” button in the “Files downloaded using this subscription plan” section.

Problems downloading a templates

Can I give away unused downloads?

Downloads are not transferable to another account. They are subject to our license’s restrictions.

Templates Compatibility

Which software is required to use SlideGrand content?

SlideGrand.com provides professional PowerPoint Templates. Our main presentation software target is Microsoft PowerPoint. Our second target platform is Google Slides.

 

Notes

Each Template Page (Product Page in SlideGrand.com) provides compatibility information. Please check the template details you plan to download to avoid any problems. If any of the templates you require does not support your software, please contact us, and we will help with the conversion process.

 

All our templates need to be downloaded before usage. The download format is PPTX (this means they are not macro enabled). All our templates are uploaded to our content platform after a thorough check on security. This means the files are virus-free, macro-free, and only contain clean assets.

 

Our PowerPoint diagrams and shapes are created 100% with PowerPoint objects. This capability also enables other Microsoft Office Products to use these diagrams and shapes. For example, it is very common for our users to copy and paste diagrams from presentations into word documents without losing quality.

Are the PowerPoint templates fully editable?

All our templates are fully editable. This is what helps you to save most of your time, allowing you to customize the templates as per your convenience or presentation needs. Most of our designs (despite some exceptions) are created with vector shapes & text boxes, giving you the flexibility to change the shape colors or apply special effects.

Are the templates compatible with Google Slides?

We create templates with compatibility in mind. We know some users prefer to use Google Slides instead of Microsoft PowerPoint. Most of our templates are compatible with Google Slides. There are some exceptions, e.g., templates that use PowerPoint 3D capabilities and data charts or features that are available only in PowerPoint but not in Google Slides. You can check the supported versions on the template page and confirm that a specific template is supported in Google Slides.

Please note that all Google Slides templates come in PPTX and PPT format.

Licenses Overview and Content Usage

What types of licenses does the SlideGrand offer?

SlideGrand offers two types of licenses: Standard and Extended. Every file downloaded from SlideGrand comes with a Standard License. An Extended License gives you additional rights in exchange for an additional license fee. Unless you purchase an Extended License, your use of the content is subject to the Standard License terms.

What is the difference between the Standard and the Extended License?

SlideGrand offers two types of licenses: Standard and Extended. Every file downloaded from SlideGrand comes with a Standard License. An Extended License gives you additional rights in exchange for an additional license fee. Unless you purchase an Extended License, your use of content is subject to the Standard License terms.

  • With the standard license, you can create only 10 end products(This is for commercial use) that can be sold and 10 end products for personal use.
  • With the templates under the extended license, you can create unlimited end products for both personal and commercial use.
  • In general, The Standard License for individuals (One user) and Extended for the agencies and corporations (In case you have many users – your team).  
  • What is the End Product? The End Product is a customized implementation of the template which requires an application of skill and effort.
  • If you’re a freelancer, you are allowed to create an end product for a client using the Standard License and charge them for your services.

What license do I need?

How am I allowed to use SlideGrand content?

You are allowed to use SlideGrand templates, diagrams, shapes, charts, maps, and images in projects for your own use, your company, or your clients. They may be used (commercially and non-commercially) in presentations, websites, emails, brochures, advertisements, posters, business cards, signs, electronic documents, and printed documents.

You are not allowed to use the content in any of the above described (or other) for the purpose of sale, resale, or redistribution as editable content that could allow a third party to modify and replicate the content for their own use. Please see our Terms of Use and End User License Agreement for complete and legal detail.

Can I resell or distribute your content?

No. License fees are required for the rights to sell and redistribute. Please read more on the License Page.

However, you can sell items (books, posters, presentations, etc.) that contain our content, provided that our content is not the reason people would purchase your project (derivative work of our content). For example, if you created presentations or a book for a specific topic (e.g.: you created a business plan or marketing strategy analysis), and you used our content (such as diagrams, shapes, charts,s or decorations) you may sell or distribute your final product without any additional fee because the purpose of the content is not the access to the assets but the information it provides with the use of our content assets.

 

If you have any doubt about the usage scenario you intend to apply, do not hesitate to contact our Support Center. They will be glad to provide all the necessary information for you to be sure there are no infringements or copyright violations.

I’m a consultant, may I use your content for a project for a client?

Yes. You may use our content for your client’s project or any work you are hired to create. You may not share your subscription to our content with your client as the license is not transferable. This means if your client wants to make changes on their own, they should purchase a license for themselves.

Can I use your content on a website, blog, mobile app, software product, or printed document?

Yes. Our content is royalty-free and can be used on commercial web pages, blogs, mobile apps, slideshows and software for sale, printed documents and books, and other commercial projects. No additional fees are required.

 

However, our content must be used only as decoration in your new content. Our content cannot be the reason someone would purchase your product or visit your website. Your license is not transferable. For example, you cannot create a website that provides SlideGrand templates (or derivatives from them) as part of their downloadable content.

I am a professional speaker, can I create my presentation with SlideGrand content, and distribute it freely in the web?

Yes. An important segment of our customers is professional speakers, mentors, coaches, and teachers. You can create presentations with our content and distribute them freely with the only restriction that the content is not freely published for editorial purposes or sold in any way.

How to change my password?
  • Hover the mouse over your ‘Username‘ at the top of the screen.
  • Click ‘Edit Profile’ from the drop-down menu.
  • In the “Change Your Password” section
  • Enter your new desired password
  • Click ‘Save Changes’ to confirm changes
How to change my email address?
  • Hover the mouse over your ‘Username‘ at the top of the screen.
  • Click ‘Edit Profile’ from the drop-down menu.
  • In the “Account Details” section
  • Enter your new Primary Email Address
  • Click ‘Save Changes’ to confirm changes
Can't create an account

If you have not received a confirmation email please check:

  • You’ve entered the correct email address (correct spelling)
  • The email is not in your spam/ junk folders
  • Your domain is not filtering or blocking the email
  • You do not have an email forwarding setup
  • You have added [email protected] to your address book or whitelist

If you have checked all of the above and are still unable to sign up or have not received the verification email please submit a request to our Help Team.

 

I can't remember my password
  • Click ‘Login’ from the top menu.
  • Click ‘Lost Password
  • Enter your SlideGrand account email address registered to your account.
  • Click ‘Reset Password‘ to reset your password.
  • A link will be sent to your email to change your password.

How to close my account?
